  • Lloyd Bowen - Non Pecuniary - During discussion on the Leader’s Statement, the Chief Executive declared a non-pecuniary interest as she was the licence holder of the community lottery and Councillor Lloyd Bowen declared a pecuniary interest as he was Chair of the Teynham Village Hall Committee that might benefit financially from the community lottery.
