The Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance introduced the report and acknowledged the expertise and knowledge of the Finance team.  He proposed the recommendation which was seconded by the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Planning.

Recommended:

(1) That the Treasury Management Strategy 2021/22 and the Prudential and Treasury Management Indicators be approved.
