A meeting of the Standards Referrals Sub-Committee will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Thursday 14 January 2010 at 4:00pm.

Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman) and Councillor Manuella Tomes.

Quorum = 3

 



Members:  Councillor Pat Sandle, Parish Councillor John Mills and Mr Chris Maclean (Independent Member).

To decide whether to pass the resolution set out below in respect of the following item: -

That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
